Returns At Souvia® Tea your satisfaction is our business. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of goods you purchased from us, please contact us at (602) 938-1216 to obtain a return authorization number. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise can be returned for refund or exchange. Non- tea items must be in new condition and contain all original product packaging. When returning the product(s), please include your name, address, order number, and return authorization number on a separate piece of paper. Please note: we cannot refund shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.

Shipping Policy and Rates Orders for in stock inventory are normally fulfilled within 24 hours or the next business day if the order is received after 1pm MST on a Friday. If we are out of stock on an item, we will notify you by email or phone. For greatest security and speed, we recommend shipping Priority from the United States Postal Service. Shipping & handling rates within the continental United States are based on total purchase price. We may, at our discretion at no additional charge, upgrade your Parcel Post order to Priority Service or UPS.
